Registration is available for doubles teams NRTP rated within the available play categories.

Play Format

The format is round robin doubles. Each team will play a minimum of 3 group matches and 1 final placement match. 

Each pair will have a minimum of 2 hours playing time over a 4-5 hour time period. Each match lasts 30 minutes, and the total number of games won count towards the standings. This means that every single game counts, and there is always something to play for! All 40-40 points are sudden death, no long deuces.

NTRP ratings listed are for combined doubles teams (For example, Player 1 at 3.0 + Player 2 at 4.0 = 7.0 combined team rating)

Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be available until July 3, 2025. Please email us to request a withdrawal.

Refunds will be provided, less a $2 processing fee.

We are looking for donations and raffle prizes from local businesses. 

We need volunteers for player check-in, timing of warm-ups and matches, collecting scores, sourcing sponsors and prizes, photography and drone video – and open to any other ideas you might have!
